We have completed a vast amount of projects ranging from small one off domestic repairs to full new build projects. We have worked with many estate agents and Landlords in the Sheffield area and are able to complete any planned or reactive maintenance work that may arise. We are on hand for any emergency repairs and pride ourselves on being able to complete all aspects of domestic work including but not limited to plumbing, electrics, window replacement, painting & decorating etc. This means we are also in a fantastic position to help with pre-let refurbishments an any end of tenancy repairs required. We are used to liaising with tenants to ensure they are informed of any visits and kept up to date with any ongoing works. As well as the above we can also complete electrical, gas and unvented water cylinder Landlord certificates to ensure Landlord's are compliant with the relevant legislation.
